The Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) is delighted to advise that Graham Goldsmith, Chairman, SEEK and Director, Djerriwarrh Investments and Professor Aleksander Subic, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Development), Swinburne University and member of the Prime Minister’s Industry 4.0 Taskforce will co-lead an Industry 4.0 Trade Mission to Israel from 6-12 November 2019.
“We are delighted to co-lead this timely AICC Industry 4.0 delegation to Israel and invite interested parties to join us,” said Mr Goldsmith.
“Industry 4.0 is rapidly changing the manufacturing industry in Australia and around the world. It involves digitalisation across the entire industrial value chain and is transforming business operations. Given the highly competitive environment of manufacturing, it is important that Australian industry adopts new generation digital technologies and processes and collaborates and engages internationally.”
Prof Subic added, “We will explore Israel’s industrial innovation ecosystem and will meet leading Israeli entrepreneurs and innovative technology companies in Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and Big Data, Cyber Security, 3D printing, as well Smart Cities, autonomous systems and space. Delegates will also see firsthand, how policy makers interact with industry to facilitate entrepreneurship and commercialisation in these key areas.”
The week long visit to Israel, specifically designed for senior leaders from business, government and academia will expose delegates to key Israeli influencers and enable a sharing of innovative processes, ideas and business opportunities.
In addition to the group program, individual meetings can be tailored for delegates to achieve personal objectives.
